[She backs up a bit as he sparks, narrowing her eyes before deciding the best plan of attack is to, well, attack!

She reaches forward and roughly grabs at his tongue, pulling it taut and piercing the needle through it as quickly as she can, wasting no time repeating the action on the other side of his tongue.]

Sea? It ain't hard. [Wow, he sure is bleeding.] Yo, you want one of these? [She reaches back to grope at some tissues to offer him.]

[He yelps, but when the needle goes through his tongue, he decides that staying still is the best thing to do so as not to wind up with a three-pronged tongue instead of two.

He takes the tissues and glares at her, keeping his tongue extended, not sure what he should do. "Ah you go'a pu- a shtud in i-?" he manages, trying to talk around his bleeding tongue.

She sniggers at the yelp and watches him with a satisfied smile, barely understanding him as he speaks.

"You gotta give it a second. Hurry up and stop bleedin'." She chides, reaching for the stud and leaning in again. "Stick it out, let's get this over with."

He rolls his eyes, and sticks out his tongue, not just to take the stud, but just to make the rude gesture at her as well.

And as she leans in, he reaches out to tweak a fin.

She scrunches her face up disapprovingly as he sticks his tongue out, giving him a warning glare as she pushes the stud through the freshly made hole. Sollux, you should know better than to discreetly sass the violent girl with the stabbing implements. For now , she seems content to just put the studs in as harshly as possible without punching him.

She rolls her eyes as he tweaks her fin, trying to flick it away from his hand. “Oi.” She speaks up in a flat tone. “Watch where you put your grubby nerd hands, yo.”

Despite the pain, he grins around his tongue, apparently less nervous now that she's already stabbed him. He drops his hands into his lap and keeps his tongue out, waiting for her to get around to stabbing the other side of his tongue.
